Extremely good asian comfort food, have been coming here for literal years, good staff, and the best part of it all? You normally don't wait more than 5 mins for your food, even if its packed

been eating here since I was 13, always friendly and always delicious! Freshly cooked on the spot when ordered. 10/10 will always prefer to eat here than other establishments that have food sitting under heat lamps.

The food is made to order. Very fresh and tasty, it's not overly salty or sweet. The wait isn't long at all, but the place is very small so it's hard to eat there. This food is not comparable to other fast food Chinese spots, so if you'd like to know what homemade Chinese food might taste like, go here. The cost is a little high, but worth it.

It's probably one of my favorite restaurants in South Gate and houses inexpensive dining options. Chinese food is severed, however, it isn't a typical nor a generic take out restaurant or belongs to a large franchise. The food is delicious and it's prepared in a matter of minutes. Will is the gentleman over the counter and is attentive on the orders from any customer. Beef chop suey, chicken vegetable, and almond chicken are a few of the items severed on the menu. Overall, it doesn't have a drive thru and it closes quite early at 8 p.m, but they do accept phone orders, it usually takes 15 minutes to prepare. However, in general, the travel time or dining in is convenient enough for anybody who chooses quality over quantity.

I have been coming here for years before mom and dad gave the reins to the son and it has kept its unique and delicious flavor...I recommend getting #5 chicken noodles with extra gravy....promise you won't regret it if you like flavorful and clean Asian food.

Stopped by this place randomly and was pleasantly surprised. The menu is super clear — everything is pictured, which makes it easy to choose. I got the Chicken Teriyaki with Spicy Chicken (Combo I). Honestly, really tasty. The spicy chicken had a nice kick, and the teriyaki was grilled just right. Big portion too — rice was fluffy, veggies were fresh and not overcooked.
What I liked most is that the food looked just like the pictures. No surprises. Service was quick even though there was a line. It’s a simple spot, nothing fancy, but clean and efficient. Great place if you want something fast, filling, and flavorful. I’ll definitely be back to try the beef next time.

The food is always freshly made. Yes, prices have gone up in the last 15 years since I have been going to this restaurant, but the quality has always been A-1. I don't know if ownership has changed, or if the original owners have taken more of a back seat to driving it, but they definitely left the restaurant in good hands.
Most items are sold a-la-carte style, so you can buy large portions of each dish and share. The egg rolls are large and delicious, while the noodle plates are packed with flavor and never "dry".
The staff is always welcoming, and the wait times are almost no existent.
Everyone should give this little hole in the wall a try.
